Enforcement, and the Last Challenges

Mesbethe had expected a push-back before he even announced the speech on the East Lawn. He had put orders in place that, on March 14th, at noon, the local police, operating under the authority of the FBI, combined with the Corporate Militias, and the Military forces in each state, were to move in force against any holdouts.  As expected, some in these ranks could not bring themselves to follow orders they knew to be legally questionable, and morally reprehensible; these men and women were accused on the spot for treason, and shot in cold blood, without trial or any counsel. This had the affect of very quickly putting to rest any internal revolts that could have taken place.

As Mesbethe spoke, property holders across the country were being served with orders to vacate their holdings, all given certificates that promised them food, shelter, and work in various parts of the country. There were a few attempts by local militias to ‘hold off’ the Government forces, but they were doomed to failure. As history has dictated, when dealing with modern warfare, “overwhelming firepower beats moral conviction each time”. (13)

.

By June 25th, the violence had toned down. Most of the ‘holdouts’ had either relented, or been killed, and what was now considered to be Federal Forces (military, police, and corporate militias) had seized control of far more land than originally outlined in Mesbethes’ Executive Order. Everything had transpired so quickly, there had been little time for the courts to react. The House and Senate were stunned when, acting on the Federal Authority of the Census Bureau, House Representatives were escorted out of the congress, being told:

.

“the number of constituents in what was once territory held by the state of [insert state here] has now fallen, due to the reassignment of property under the powers of the 28th Amendment. To this end, the number of representatives allocated to your state has fallen to [ some very small number ]. Your services to the American People are no longer required.”

The Lone Soldier

..

On July 4th, 2017, the streets of Washington DC had been closed, by Order of the President. No vehicles, no pedestrians (aside from patrolling militia) were to be seen. Right before sunset, a Veteran of World War II, Marine Colonel Richard D. Greenwood made his way towards the White House. Dressed in full military regalia, including four Medals for Valiantry, and sixteen Awards and Ribbons, Sergeant Greenwood stood silently in front of the house whose ideals he’d defended all his life. As the clock struck 6pm, he raised a simple sign. It read:

“I STAND for THOSE WHO CAN’T;
I STAND for FREEDOM.

I STAND for A M E R I C A.”

Watching the old man peacefully protest, not even the Corporate Militia members were willing to take him into custody. While there was no one there to watch, being that the streets had been closed, Body Camera footage from the Militias clearly shows Colonel  Greenwood, and his actions supporting the People of America.

The same Body Cam footage also records that, on July 4th, 2017 at 6:22pm, President Mesbethe, enraged at the defiance of the aged soldier, charged through the gates of the White House. Using his bare hands and his sharpened claws, Mesbethe attacked the wizened Marine, slitting his throat again and again, until the old man fell.

Impeachment, and Unchallenged Murder.
Dissolution of State Borders

Initially, the Body Camera footage was suppressed. No one patrolling the DC streets that night was allowed to keep any of their digital equipment. Yet somehow, by July 17th, three unknown sources had uploaded the footage to the World Wide Web. Not only could the world see the quiet bravery of Colonel Greenwood, and what he stood for, they could also see the horrible viciousness of the madman sitting in the oval office.  While one of the videos was unclear on the face of the assailant, the remaining two showed incontrovertible proof of Mesbethe’s actions. Those remaining in the Congress and the Judiciary (which had be whittled down to just three justices) knew that if they didn’t act at that very moment, they may lose the chance to ever bring Mesbethe’s Administration under control. (14)

.

When Mesbethe was finally brought to the Senate for Impeachment, no one could have expected what happened.

.

Based off the leaked Body Cam footage, Dwayne Mesbethe , President of the United States, was indicted for Murder in the First Degree on July 28th, 2017. His White House attorneys demanded that, if a  sitting President was to be called to trial, the only venue that was appropriate was in the Senate, in Impeachment Proceedings. While reluctant to comply, the Supreme Court Justices decided to convene a hearing in the Senate Chambers on August 1st, 2017.

.

On the morning of August 1st, 2017, Dwayne Paul Mesbethe entered the Senate Chamber alone, without guard or counsel. He spoke on his own behalf, and gave readiness for the proceeding to begin. But, as these proceedings started, something else was happening outside the Senate Chambers.

.

Mesbethe’s own private police – armed and ready – infiltrated the Congress, quietly taking out every guard and soldier along the way. Within fifteen minutes of the proceedings start, there was no-one left in the building who would have defended the sitting members of the Senate, or the Judiciary. And that was exactly what Mesbethe planned.

.

Around noon, on August 1st, as the ‘prosecution’ was finalizing its case , Mesbethe looked to the observation level, and saw his men laying in wait.

.

Knowing he was secured, Mesbethe drew a .44 Magnum from his coat pocket, and started shooting. The last of the remaining Supreme Court Justices, as well as fifteen of the Senators present, were gunned down one by one. Upon carrying out the last of the killings, President Mesbethe turned to one of the cameras present, and made another announcement.

.

“Today, on the First of August, 2017, with the authority vested in me by the 28th Amendment, I declare that the borders of the states are hereby dissolved.

We are now the Federal Democracy of America; a lone star state, if you will”.

.

With this last comment, Mesbethe leveled the gun at the camera, and pulled the trigger.

.

Loss of State sovereignty

Between the US Military forces that were blindly loyal to Mesbethe, and the private Corporate Militias that had grown in power, local and state level police and Guardsmen had no choice but to cooperate, or be killed on the spot. Occasionally, a local militia would spring up to fight the Federal Troops, but even in areas where personal gun ownership had surpassed fifty percent, the citizens who fought the military were overwhelmed by sheer force of numbers. Even citizens who had the long sought after AR-15’s were simply no match when meeting the full force of the Federal Army.

.

When the Corporate forces started using their ‘less traditional’ weapons (15), America saw first hand the massacre of over fifteen-hundred Militia members in Dearborn, Michigan, when, on September 2nd, 2017, the forces of BLACKWELL-STONE Corp tested their NIKOLA DEATH RAY on an armed crown. One man, armed with the weapon, cut a swath not only through the crowd, but well into the surrounding buildings. In less than thirty seconds, one thousand, five hundred seventy two American men and women were literally cut down – cut in half – on live television.

.

Most died instantly. It took a handful of the victims several hours to expire. Mesbethe awarded the BLACKWELL-STONE MILITIA members with Medals of Honor.

.

The Dearborn  Incident was the last major armed engagement for almost two years. During that time, acts of guerrilla warfare were the only expressions the resistance dared to risk.
